COSTA RICA JACO CANOPY TOURS is located in Jaco Costa Rica, an extraordinary and environmentally significant area. Our community north of Jaco largest sustainable energy community, and COSTA RICA JACO CANOPY TOURS runs entirely on solar and hydro power. We have no access to mains power, water or sewerage. Environmental sustainability is key to every aspect of our business.

In April 2007 we opened our own booking office, and in June 2008 moved to a purpose-built harnessing and administration centre on the COSTA RICA JACO CANOPY TOURS property, complete with new scenic boardwalks and a state of the art solar and hydro power system. In 2009 we achieved both Advanced Ecotourism certification and Climate Action Leader certification, and with our own nursery of native plants we commenced planting programmed to achieve carbon neutrality.
